I ordered a new lunch box for my little boy at the end of last year, and whilst he loves it, unfortunately the latch broke away from the box and we were unable to fix it.
I contacted Mum Made Yum regarding the possibility of getting a spare part to fix the box, but instead Alison (the founder of MMY) offered to replace the whole outer shell of the lunch box at no charge.
The customer service was truly outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend MMY to everyone and anyone!

Veteran school mumma here and I have tried many brands of bento lunchboxes. I LOVE that I can remove the lid and tray and not have to wash the whole box, and boy can we fit some food in there!!
