Pizza Puff Squares

The easiest pizza hack, after- school snack, and of course, perfect for the lunchbox.
These are gooey, cheesey and so so yum.
Plus, so easy to make.
Cut a puff pastry sheet into 4 equal squares
Pop them on a lined baking try, brush with egg wash (or replace with milk, butter or olive oil) and top with your favourite pizza toppings.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until the toppings are cooked & cheese is melted.
Make sure you leave the edges of the pastry without the filling so they’ll puff up.
These will quickly become one of your favourite pizza hacks, and they fit perfect inside our lunchbox.
