I’m constantly asked for sandwich-free lunchbox ideas, and this is hands-down one of my favourite hacks. Not only do they look super cute, but they’re easy to make in batches, freezer-friendly, and totally kid-approved.
You can whip these up in under 15 minutes, and they double as an easy after-school snack. Plus, you can mix and match the toppings to suit even the fussiest eaters.

Tortilla wraps (or swap for soft sandwich breadl)

Bake in the oven or air fryer for 5–8 minutes until golden and melted—or simply serve cold!
