If your kids love ham & cheese scrolls, here’s a little twist on them.    

INGREDIENTS:
Puff Pastry Sheets
Shredded cheese
Ham
Egg (for the egg wash) - alternatively use milk or oil spray

DIRECTIONS:
Slightly defrost the puff pastry sheets
Sprinkle with shredded cheese & ham on one end
Fold the other end to cover the fillings, then cut in 2cm sections. Twist each section.
Place twists on a lined baking tray and brush with egg wash
Bake at 200c for 15-20 minutes until perfectly golden
