Feta & Spinach Bites

You must try recipe; it's full of hidden veg. 
My kids absolutely love these bites. One of my favs too.

Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:

• 150 grams frozen spinach, cooked
• 200 grams feta cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 egg, separated
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• Sesame seeds (optional)

• Thaw puff pastry sheets.
• Cook spinach and allow to cool.
• Combine spinach with feta & mozzarella cheese & egg white.
• Spread mixture on pastry sheets.
• Roll pastry into logs and cut into bite side sections.
• Brush with remaining egg yolk.
• Sprinkle with seasme seeds (optional).
• Bake on lined baking tray for approx 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Perfect as a lunchbox main or after school snack.
