1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup self-raising flour

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Roll into a rectangle (approx 0.5–1 cm thick).
Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and chopped ham.
Roll the dough tightly into a log from the long edge.
Slice into 2–3 cm scrolls and place on the tray, spaced slightly apart.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
