If you are looking for a healthy, nourishing, and kid approved dinner, this homemade chicken veggie soup is one of our absolute favourites.
It is packed with wholesome vegetables, rich bone broth nutrients, and tender chicken that literally falls off the bone. My kids ask for this every single week, and honestly, I don’t blame them.
The best part? You can make it in under an hour using a pressure cooker, or slow cook it if you prefer. It is also perfect for bulk cooking and meal prep, and somehow tastes even better the next day.
