Cheesy Pizza Roll Up’s.

Easy, quick and always a hit.

Perfect as a lunchbox main or after-school snack.

Here’s the recipe:

• Spread pizza sauce onto a tortilla wrap.
• Sprinkle with shredded cheese, layer with ham or salami.
• Place a 1cm cheese stick along the centre.
• Roll up the tortilla wrap into a log.
• Brush with egg wash or melted butter.
• Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top (optional: add herbs).
• Air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted and outside is golden.
