Cheesy Hot Dog Bites

This is now one of my daughters’ new favourites.
They’re so easy to make, they make a great after-school snack and are lunchbox-friendly.
First cut the ends off a tortilla wrap, layer with cheese slices and a cooked hot dog.
Roll them up, dip in egg and cook them on each side in melted butter until they’re golden.
I sliced them into bite size pieces so they fit perfectly inside our lunchbox, but you could eat them whole too.
My daughter usually prefers cooked food warm, but she approved of these even once they cooled down in her lunchbox.
Would your kids like these?
Let me know if you make these yourself.
