Cheese Shapes (3 Ingredients)

Cheese Shapes (3 Ingredients)

This has got to be one of the easiest homemade snacks that my kids love.
These are my 3 ingredient cheese shapes. They're cheesy, crunchy and a bit additive.

Simply combine flour, cheddar cheese & butter in your processor, roll out and cut into shapes.
I used a star & heart cutter to make it a bit more fun for the kids. I also sprinkle with extra parasem to make them extra cheesy. Then bake for around 20 minutes.

These are perfect for the lunchbox and they're so much healthier than the ones at the shops, with no nasties.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • Plus, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for the topping (optional)
Method:
Combine the flour, cheese & butter in a food processor.
(Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of water, to help the mixture combine).
Roll out mixture with a rolling pin, then cut into shapes using a cutter.
Sprinkle the shapes with the parmesan if you want an extra cheesy flavour.
Place on a lined baking tray, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Enjoy!
