We are proud to offer 6 month manufacturing warrenty on all of our lunchboxes. If you expereince any faults or manufacturing issues with your lunchbox, please reach out to us using the "contact us" feature, or email us on hello@mummadeyum.com with the details. Please include your order number, date of purchase & attach photos of the issue.

How do I remove the silicone seal from the lunchbox?

Place the open lunchbox lid facing away from you, place the top lid against your body, place your fingers underneath the silicone seal clip and pull upwards towards your body. The silicone seal should remove easiest using this method.

How can I personalise my lunchbox?

You can personalise your lunchbox by adding your (or child’s) name, initials, or class name. Simply choose the personalisation option when ordering your new lunchbox on the product page.

How do I clean the lunchbox? Are they dishwasher safe?

All of our lunchboxes are easy to clean with dish soap and water. Most of our lunchboxes are suitable for the dishwasher. For our personalised bento’s, we recommend top rack only. Our silicone lunchboxes are also suitable for the dishwasher. Check the product description for specific cleaning instructions.

Are your lunchboxes leak-proof?

Most of our lunchboxes are leak-proof. Our personalised lunchbox range offers several leak-proof compartments suitable for thick liquids like yogurt. Our silicone lunchboxes also have an external leakproof feature. Check the product description to find out the leakproof features of our lunchboxes.
