This technique also works well on cucumber, strawberries, grapes or any fruit.

Plus, this takes less time than peeling and chopping the entire kiwi, and the skin acts as a natural bowl for the fruit in the lunchbox.

A nice way to dress up the lunchbox with natural fruit & veggies.

If you try this, here are a few tips:
🌸 Wash your kiwi prior to cutting to avoid dirt or residue entering the fruit when you cut.
🌸 Use a small sharp knife or fruit flowering tool.
🌸 Cut zig zags all the way around the fruit, until the zig zags join up.
🌸 Make sure you cut into the centre of the kiwi with each cut.
🌸 Once you’ve cut zig zags all the way, seperate the fruit to reveal your fruit flower.
🌸 Pack a spoon or fork for your child to use in the lunchbox (and make sure you use a leakproof lunchbox to prevent juices spilling).
