Cheesy, yummy & lunchbox friendly, with a twist.      

The twist? Cream Cheese. 

If you haven’t tried making ham & cheese scrolls with cream cheese; you must try this!  

INGREDIENTS:
Puff Pastry Sheets.
Cream Cheese.
Shredded cheese.
Ham (optional)
Egg (for the egg wash) - alternatively use milk or oil spray. 

DIRECTIONS:
Slightly defrost the puff pastry sheets.
Spread the Bega cream cheese all over the pastry sheets.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese & ham.
Roll the sheets into logs, then cut in 2cm sections.
Place scrolls on a lined baking tray and brush with egg wash.
Bake at 200c for 20 minutes.
